Drive your RC car with a First Person POV
I just saw this and proclaimed it the greatest thing I’d ever seen. I was immediately shot down, but stand by my excited claims. These video glasses, together with a camera mounted on the radio controlled car, allow the driver to see through the car in a first person point of view.
Coupled together with a servo, the driver is able to look left, right, up and down while driving. Meaning wherever you look, your car’s driver looks in the same direction. It looks like a great rush to drive an radio controlled car at great speed, and see the drive through the POV of the car itself.
These would make really great party products, imagine the games and laughs you could have with this. You could see who can do certain laps fastest or even play some hide and seek, remote control car style. Younger kids would love it for these reasons, plus the number of role-playing games they could take part in with this kind of gadget (we know they love to pretend they are really drivings cars.
